40,000 comments today, and counting! 12 Hours left to make your voice heard!

Yesterday evening, we posted an article pointing out that the HHS proposed contraception mandate was still in the public comment phase, with a link to the regulatory docket where you could paste our suggested comment and add your own as well.

As of last night, there were about 47,000 comments. Right now, it has grown to over 86,000!

The comments on administrative rules are not a mere petition– rather, they form the actual record of an administrative rule and will always be part of the evidence of the rule. This is a real opportunity to lodge your disagreement into the permanent record of this rule.
