2. ACTION OF THE HOLY GHOST
The graces conferred by the Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit) are as follows:
- He gives to all men actual graces.
- He gives to some men sanctifying grace.
- He usually gives the seven special gifts, and occasionally quite extraordinary graces.
- He sustains and guides the Catholic Church.
This section of the Apostles Creed on the Holy Spirit has four subsections about each of the above points.
